1928 Skin Co. was founded in 2021 and proudly opened its doors in February 2022 in Pearl, MS. Our name is a tribute to our founder’s grandmother, Eva Lee Holmes, a dedicated cosmetologist born in 1928. Her passion for beauty and self-care has inspired generations, making skincare a true family legacy.
At 1928 Skin Co., we believe in more than just skincare—we are a community. Our space is designed to be a safe haven where women can speak freely, feel empowered, and embrace their natural beauty with confidence. We take a holistic approach, recognizing that healthy skin starts from within through total body wellness. Here, every client is treated like family because, to us, beauty is not just skin deep—it’s a journey we take together.

Policies
Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we
miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least a 48-hour notice.
Our Policy:A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24-hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked service(s).Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will provide the service. If we cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.A credit card is required to make an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide.
“No-show” will result in 50% of the booked service(s) price.Appointment(s) canceled before 24-hours with a deposit must be rescheduled to not forfeit deposit.Appointment(s) not confirmed by 9am the day before scheduled time will be canceled and released to the public. All confirmed no-show appointments will be charged 50% of service(s).We do not offer refunds on esthetic services, products, gift certificates, memberships or packages.
